Over 80 wines come from across the United States and around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. These wines are hand picked by Operations Manager Alexis Gruczkowski along with bar expert Jeff Anderson, who between them have over 40 years of restaurant, fine dining and wine experience.
Be sure to experience our Enomatic Wine Dispenser, one of three in Colorado and only one of two of the Elite Enomatic line in the state. Enjoy our “Sweet Sixteen” wines that are perfectly stored using controlled temperatures and Argon gas surrounding them, in a 1.5 oz taste, a 3 oz 1/2 glass or a 6 oz full glass. Wines are subject to change throughout the year.
We’ve found that those who eat in the style of traditional Spanish tapas have a hard time going back to full dinner menus – it’s the best, healthiest way to eat a meal at the end of the day. While there are several tapas bars and restaurants in urban areas, few, if any, ski resorts have one – and Beaver Creek is one of the first.
